The 2024 HERO University Summit will explore belonging for faculty and staff within higher education organizations with emphasis on better understanding belonging, the relationship with holistic well-being, and the key drivers that can improve one’s sense of being accepted and included by those around them. Hear from experts in areas of organizational culture, teams, well-being, and inclusion on the impact of belonging within the higher education ecosystem.
Guest speakers will share evidence-based research and practice in these key areas while well-being practitioners will provide real world examples of programs and initiatives that support a sense of belonging at work.

Refund Policy: Registrations can be transferred to another attendee for no additional fee. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the meeting will be charged the full fee. All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@hero-health.org.
Cancellations will receive a refund less an administration fee based on the following dates (percentages are based on total amount paid for registration):
Cancellations received on or before September 9th incur a 20% fee.
Cancellations received after September 9th will incur a 50% fee.
No refunds after September 23rd.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, HERO meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by HERO and other third parties. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and virtual sponsors visited.
