Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will receive a refund less an administration fee based on the following dates (percentages are based on total amount paid for registration). Registrations can be transferred to another attendee for no additional fee. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the meeting will be charged the full fee.All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@hero-health.org.
- Cancellations received on or before February 11th incur a 15% fee.
- Cancellations received after February 11th will incur a 50% fee.
- No refunds after February 28th.
