Benchmark Reports

There are two types of Benchmark Reports available for purchase through HERO:

1. Customized ($1,500) by industry group, employer size and region
2. Customized ($1,500) against up to 10 organizations

The Value in Purchasing a Report

Many large, national organizations provide benchmarking data related to health and welfare benefit and program offerings. Unfortunately, these reports provide minimal benchmarking data on the health and well-being best practices that will deliver a value and return on investment from both an organizational culture and employee health standpoint. Also, many of these reports represent data collected from companies of greater size, leaving out those who are much smaller, and may not offer medical insurance as a benefit. HERO’s benchmark reports fill this gap, providing data in aggregate form by industry group, employer size and region, at a reasonable cost.

Benchmark Report Training Video

A Benchmark Report Training Video has been developed to provide greater detail on the value and application of HERO’s Scorecard Benchmark Reports.
